The Gutshot poker club has joined the Microgaming network, as Microgaming also announced this week that its Multi-Player Viper (MPV) software is to go live on Royal Vegas Casino.
Royal Vegas Casino is part of the Fortune Lounge Group, and as a result of this new deal, will have multi-player features in a no seperate download format. Viper software is used widely across Microgaming’s games. The new MPV product will include slot tournaments. The first two for Royal Vegas will be Thunderstruck and Tomb Raider.
John Hughes, director of marketing at Royal Vegas said: “We are delighted with the way MPV has performed during early testing and are confident that it will give Royal Vegas players a new dimension in gaming that they will want to be a part of. We want this to be the start of new gaming communities and think that it can achieve this while attracting new players to our site.”
The Gutshot brand was launched online in 2001, and has a daily updated magazine format providing a news and information service for poker players.
Mathew Norris, head of online gaming for Gutshot said, “We always want to provide our players with the best available and by joining what we believe to be the most vibrant Poker network, we know we are doing just that.” |
